Lufkin woman arrested after soliciting off-duty officer for sex

LUFKIN — A Lufkin Police officer arrested Tracey Marie Bryant for Possession of a Controlled Substance - Cocaine, and Possession of a Dangerous Drug after she approached a plain-clothes Lufkin Police officer in an attempt to solicit prostitution.
Bryant approached the officer's unmarked vehicle in the 400 block of Locke and discussed exchanging money for sexual acts.
The officer requested a uniformed officer to the location. When the officer arrived, they discovered that Bryant was in possession of a crack pipe, less than a gram of crack cocaine, eight Seroquel pills, and one Metronidazole pill in an over-the-counter pain reliever bottle.
Bryant was booked into Angelina County Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance - Cocaine and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.
