Man arrested after flashing woman pushing stroller

A Houma man has been arrested on obscenity charges.

On May 13 around 8:10 p.m., Houma Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Sugar Mill Point. It was reported that a man driving a black Dodge truck exposed himself to a female victim who was pushing a stroller down the street.

Officers were able to obtain license plate number of the Dodge truck; the vehicle belonged to Dylan Michael Hebert, 20.

Authorities found Hebert at his home. He admitted to exposing himself to victim on Valhi Blvd behind the Houma Courier.

Hebert was arrested for Obscenity and was transported to the Terrebonne Parish Jail, where he was incarcerated awaiting trial or bond.
