TYLER — Isaac Casares Garcia, the man Tyler Police arrested after Wednesday morning's high speed chase through Tyler ending in Chandler at the First Baptist Church, is 24 years old and already has a long rap sheet with police.

Garcia sits in the Smith County Jail on two charges of aggravated robbery and evading arrest.

Smith County Judge Christie Kennedy has set his bonds, at 350,000 dollars.
