Man attempts to kidnap Hogg Middle School student twice

TYLER—Tyler police are looking for a suspicious man they say attempted to kidnap a Hogg Middle School student.

Police say the attempted kidnapping happened first on Friday and again on Tuesday while an 11-year-old boy was walking home from school.

The man is described as a white male, in his forties, with curly gray hair, driving a silver, compact, 4-door car with an Obama election sticker on the back window.
