Chicago, Il - A young Chicago man is turning heads in Barack Obama's hometown because he has a famous face. Reggie Brown can't seem to walk ten feet without someone calling him Mr. President.
The face is one of the most familiar in the world, but it doesn't belong to Barack Obama.
Meet Reggie Brown, a 28-year-old Chicago-area man who bears an uncanny resemblance to the president-elect.
Reggie Brown says "people tell me I look like Barack every day. Just having some fun with it, you could have some serious fun with that."
And Reggie, who works for a downtown restaurant and blogs for nbcchicago.com, is having a blast even on a simple walk down Michigan Avenue.
Almost every head turned and almost every question was the same, leaving this reporter to play photographer.
When asked if it happens a lot, Reggie Brown says "yeah, many times, especially when I where a suit"
Reggie is hoping to parlay his looks and his talent into an acting career.
He already has an agent and this comedy video on YouTube.
Reggie's goals are much more humble.
Reggie Brown says "put together 45 minutes to an hour's worth of material, you know to have some fun at corporate events. Hopefully make it to meet Barack, I've been a fan of his for a very long time, it seems we're always crossing paths, so, I want to meet you Barack one of these days, maybe play some basketball, something like that, because I know we have some common interests."
Shared interests and a shared face.
