Lufkin, Tx (KETK) — Lufkin Police were called to a business in the 4000 block of South Medford drive on a report of theft.

An employee at the business told police a man walked out of the store with a television, without paying.

The employee was able to get a description of the man's vehicle.

Lufkin Police found the man in the 2200 block of South First street.

The officers found the stolen television and arrested Anthony W. Harvey on a theft charge.

Another man in the vehicle, Thomas J Griffin Jr., was arrested for having two warrants.
