ARKANSAS - The man accused in the murder of an Arkansas anchor is back in court. Curtis Vance is also charged with a crime involving a school teacher last April.

The charges include rape, aggravated robbery and residential burglary.

"There's a lot of evidence, allegedly, against him. So, uh, I'm not confident of anything until we get in there, and we're going to do our best. We'll do everything we can for him. Make sure he gets a fair trial, that's first and foremost," Attorney Bill James, Vance's Attorney says.

28- year old Curtis Vance, is accused of killing Little Rock television personality, Anne Pressly.

Investigators say D.N.A. links Vance to both the school teacher and Pressly.

Vance's trial for the rape case is set for July 27th.

If convicted, he faces life in prison.
