Man gets 30 years in Nacadoches aggravated robbery case

A man charged with aggravated robbery from a January incident was found guilty on Wednesday by a jury and sentenced to 30 years in prison.

The trial for Demarcus Andre Wade took place in Nacogdoches County 420th District Judge Ed Klein's courtroom.

Wade is said to have jumped out of a vehicle and robbed an SFA student at gunpoint, taking the man's wallet and cell phone.

with good behavior he will earn good time and will be eligible for parole in half the time, so he will be out in 15 years. With bad behavior he will do it all.
