Man on the run after setting fire at Kilgore apartment building

KILGORE — Police say they have suspended the hunt for a man suspected of starting a fire at an apartment in Kilgore.
Officials were searching for a male wearing a black jacket, no shirt and blue jean shorts who ran from police after they responded to a call of a residential fire at 10:07 a.m.
