Police are checking area hospitals

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; police are checking area hospitals for a man who may have been shot while allegedly burglarizing cars at a local gun range.

A man told Harris County sheriff's deputies he saw someone breaking into his car about 6 p.m. on Thursday outside a shooting range in the 11300 block of the Eastex Freeway.
