Man on PCP is Unruly to Officers

LUFKIN - The Lufkin Daily News reports officers responded to a report of a man lying unconscious in the middle of James Street.
28 year-old Clifton Garrett is the man found, he's known to have used P.C.P. in the past.
Officers to him to the hospital, when Garrett woke up at the hospital, police say he became uncooperative.
On the way to the jail, Garrett kicked out the back window and caused major damage to the patrol car, according to the report.
