One week after Florida jurors found George Zimmerman not guilty in the murder of 19-year-old Trayvon Martin, hundreds of people gathered Saturday at the Harrison County Courthouse for a peaceful protest rally.

The rally joined a number of nationwide protests Saturday against the verdict. Protesters held signs asking for “Justice for Trayvon” and for Florida to change its Stand Your Ground law.

And if you think that's bad, just wait till you have these same people on a jury where a black is on trial.

Whoa... Zimmerman did NOT confront Martin. Martin sought out Zimmerman. Martin assaulted Zimmerman. Martin pinned him to the ground and beat him.

Martin was on drugs to boot, Zimmerman was not.

Martin CALLED Zimmerman a 'cracker' yet Zimmerman never used any derogatory term. Zimmerman's log of 911s show 6 blacks and 5 whites were identified.. I.E. no racist indicators either.
The stand-your-ground claim is bogus to.

So why the protest? It was Martin who was the criminal.
