Parker joined 77 of her colleagues asking for same sex unions to be legal

The Houston Chronicle is reporting; the pastor of one of Houston’s megachurches is asking Mayor Annise Parker to resign if she will not cease promoting the legalization of same-sex marriage.

“Respectfully, if you cannot uphold the Texas constitution, then you should do the honorable thing and step down,” Pastor Steve Riggle of Grace Community Church wrote in an email to Parker on Friday.

Ratta-tat-tat: unless we do not support the authority(our gov't) making the deviancy lawful; we are part of their support and that is not what I want to do. It seems a better choice to me to oppose making perversion legal than to fight gov't authority after it has become legal. Remaining a free citizen is all about discriminating and making judgements!!!

Rollinson - I think you are incorrect in your comment - if corrupt people elect deviants and perverts, it is not my fault, nor is it my business.
1 Corinthians 5:12
What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
1 Corinthians 5:11-13

Pastor Steve Riggle - observe the words of Paul. "1 Corinthians 5:12
What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside?
1 Corinthians 5:11-13
In other words, Steve, mind to your own business, which is spreading the Gospel. That is, if you actually know what the Gospel is.

I could not care less what two consenting adults do in private. When they try to force me to be a supporter of their deviancy by making it lawful; that is wrong. Whenever a pervert is elected to any position of authority; we all are guilty of blasphemy.
