Members of Democratic Party Meet for a Summit
August 15, 2009 - 6:35pm
TYLER - This morning, Democratic candidates for governor, senator, and railroad commissioner were in Tyler.
They met with other Democrats today at the St. Louis Baptist Church to discuss workers issues, social networking for politics, new legislation, and of course, healthcare reform...
"We're concerned about healthcare reform. Texas is the most uninsured state in the country. We feel like there's not enough voices for the people who really will benefit from this," Dee Simpson says.
