Henderson and Van Zandt County District Attorneys tell us they plan to bring their own charges against Jason Bourque and Daniel Mcallister.

The two men entered their guilty pleas in a Smith County Court Wednesday.

Henderson County DA Scott McKee tells us those new charges will be brought sometime after the men are sentenced for the smith county charges.
