TYLER — A new report says more parents are choosing charter schools over a regular public school.  And Texas is one of the top states right now, for parents making the switch.  Charter schools are like public schools, in that they're free to attend, but charter schools have a few more perks and with that comes a waiting list.  Good news is---parents we spoke with say it's worth the wait.
