“I am extremely proud of these swimmers’ accomplishments, as well as the accomplishments of the rest of the team,” said head swim coach Carrie Scroggins, who also was named coach of the year.

Equipped with a strong combination of experience and upcoming talent, the Dragons have the pieces to carry out a long-lasting tradition of excellence.

“We have a mix of experienced swimmers who get to add to their resume of school records and state accomplishments, as well as some sophomores who are new to this level of swimming,” said Scroggins. “We are confident that these swimmers will continue to lead the team to carry on the tradition of district titles and state appearances.”
