Nacogdoches man gets 90 days for DWI with child

A Nacogdoches man pleaded this past week in Nacogdoches County District Judge Ed Klein’s court on the charge of driving while intoxicated with a child passenger.

Apolonio Vasquez, 30, received 90 days in county jail from a Dec. 4, 2011 incident in which he reportedly continued to drive away from police for 13 blocks after police initiated emergency lights to pull him over for making an unsafe lane change, according to a probable cause affidavit for his arrest.
