A Nacogdoches man was arrested Tuesday evening after police say he falsified evidence to help overturn the capital murder conviction of a Cushing woman.

James Patrick Capps, 31, is charged with two counts of falsifying evidence. Texas Rangers and Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office investigators say they have evidence that he forged documents regarding Marcia Kelly's murder-for-hire case.

This man is a low life loser. I believe he needs to be put in prison with other ppl like him. i hope he serves a very long sentence.
