Nacogdoches officials searching for three armed convenience store robbers

Nacogdoches County Law Enforcement are searching for three Hispanic men after a armed robbery that occurred at a convenience store in the Blackjack Community at Cr. 350 and Fm 95.

Constable Jason Bridges stated they received the call around 12:45 PM that a robbery had occurred at Fuller’s Grocery store. The three suspects left in a white older model Chevrolet SUV possibly a Tahoe or Suburban traveling north on Fm 95 toward Martinsville.

Constable Bridges stated that two suspects came inside the store and forcefully took money from the cash register while pointing weapons at the store clerk. The clerk said one had a knife and the other had a handgun.

Constable Bridges stated that the two suspects came inside the store earlier in the morning and bought merchandise from the store. There were other customers inside the store at this time and it appears the suspects were scoping out the store to plan there robbery.

The suspects later returned, while no other customers were at the store. One suspect stayed inside the vehicle while the other two men entered the store. Bridges stated that the suspects attempted to tie the store clerk up, but the clerk was able to manage to get free and fight off the suspects. The suspects then fled the scene in an older model White SUV with tinted windows.

Two of the suspects are described as young Hispanic males possibly in there twenties. Both are light complicated. One of the males is about 5 11 in height and the other is about 5 ‘3”.

The Constable Office Precinct 4 is investigating the case and being assisted by the Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office. The Constable Office is requesting anyone who may have seen or have information about this crime to contact the Constable Office at 936-715-0317 or Crime stoppers.
