nacogdoches — Nacogdoches officials are investigating an incident at the Stone Fort Apartments that left a 1-year old hospitalized.

The incident was first reported Thursday at 6:50 p.m. in the 100 block of Old Line Drive.

Police say the toddler suffered a head injury and has been taken to a Houston hospital.

Child Protective Services has been notified and officers are investigating the case.
