18 year old wearing only cowboy boots

Houston — The Houston Chronicle is reporting; An 18-year-old Corpus Christi woman, wearing nothing but cowboy boots, led police on a slow-speed chase in a Jeep Wrangler early Sunday morning.

A female officer helped Burnham get dressed before she was given a sobriety test. She’s charged with driving while intoxicated and evading arrest.
