TYLER - The Chapel Hill teen accused of shooting his sister, Amanda, in the head, at point blank range four times, back in September of 2010, will have another routine hearing Monday at the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center.  Nathaniel "Nate" Anderson, 15, has been in custody at the Smith County Juvenile Attention Center, charged with murder and has not yet had trial. Monday's hearing is set for 1:15 pm in Judge Floyd Getz's courtoom.
