(CNN) -- A jury found the former Penn State Coach, Jerry Sandusky guilty on 45 of 48 accounts.

After more than 20 hours of deliberation, the jury in the child sex abuse trial has reached their verdict.

Sandusky is charged with 51 criminal counts for alleged sexual abuse of ten boys over a 15 year period.

The jury deliberated for more than 20 hours on this case.
