Lufkin Industries employees are nearing the end of a three-year contract, and negotiations with labor unions are ongoing.

The current contract is up on Sunday. Lufkin Industries is negotiating with the Brotherhood of Boilermakers, the Glass, Molders and Potters Union, and the International Association of Machinists.
