New dwi law allows police to draw blood

TYLER A new law went into effect on Tuesday; it gives police the right to draw the blood of someone who is arrested for driving while intoxicated, even without a search warrant, but the law only applies to certain offenses.






Yeah Right!- Sounds like big brother has wayy too much power - And, chances are this won't last long.As there will be plenty of lawsuits falling on the P.D.-,sounds like Jack- &"J.B." are up to no good again.. Thank goodness for the ACLU- My .o2 worth-
