Rusk County, Texas — A new fire has been reported near Overton. The City of Henderson Fire Department tells KETK the fire is located approximately near County Road 3110, south of New London and south of Turnertown.

It began as a two acre fire and has now spread to ten acres. The fire is moving south at this time. KETK has a crew on the scene and is monitoring the situation as firefighters work to contain the fire.
