No-Refusal DWI campaign over Labor Day Holiday

TYLER Tyler Police say they're always looking at ways to decrease the number of drunk driving arrests. Over the Labor Day Weekend law enforcement in Tyler and all over Smith County will participate in the No-Refusal D-W-I Campaign.
