Obama supporters rally in East Texas

TYLER – Democrats in East Texas are standing behind Obama until the end. Hundreds of supporters are working up until the polls close tonight.

Robert Odom is one of the hundreds of volunteers who have been working on Obama’s campaign for almost two years.

Even election day, volunteers have been flooded with calls from local Obama supporters.

Odom said he had the opportunity of meeting Obama a few years ago.

He said even back then he was impressed with the way Obama carried himself.

Odom explains how Obama “pretty much kept his focus on what he wanted the American people to know about him and what he wants to do for our country.”
