Health district board raises legal budget by $58k to cover one citizen's open records requests

Lufkin — The Lufkin Daily News is reporting; board members for the Angelina County and Cities Health District raised the district’s legal budget by $58,000, in large part to handle the volume of open records requests submitted by one county resident.
