SMITH COUNTY - We have learned, one person died in Monday's three vehicle wreck on Highway 155 South in Smith County.

Department of Public Safety troopers tell us, 48-year-old Robert Scoville Junior of Bullard died at the hospital from injuries he sustained in the crash.

Troopers say, Scoville crossed the highway into oncoming traffic and hit two cars.

One other person was injured.

That person has since been released.
