The motorcyclist is doing ok... He had a concussion.. He has a broken leg which is requiring surgery.. No internal damage otherwise.. The Hispanic guy that pulled out in f. ront of him received 3 tickets. One for no i.strange, no drivers license and failure to yield right away... They did NOT arrest him for anything at this time. Eventhough he FELL out of his truck and the passenger said he was drunk.. And the keys to his truck were taken to keep from running like he was trying to do..

How long before Obamacare, using the same tactics as was used on cigarette smokers, bans motorcycles.? I know, I know, fat people and alcohol are ahead in line of motorcycles. Think it won't happen; don't kid yourself.
