Put away the simple green and 409 and grab some lemon or some essential oils.

Using organic cleaning products will boost your immune system and save you a trip to the store and save you some money.

Vera Smith uses all organic products in her household.

She cooks organic food, makes her own cleaning products and teaches others how to switch to an organic lifestyle.

it's not only a way of life, its her passion.

"Me and my husband are both in our 60s and we don't need to expose ourselves to a lot of chemicals."

Smith started researching and found how to incorporate vinegar, baking soda and essential oils into her cleaning products.

She found using these products created a healthier home for family.

"You don't have to think about well what is lemon good for or I really need to take this or rosemary. Rosemary helps boost brain power and the ability to think. We're not thinking when were cleaning. Your just cleaning."

Not only are the organic cleaning products better for you, Smith tells us they are cheaper than store brand products.

"We will go through a few bottles of this per year and that's, including doing the laundry. You don't have a bunch of stuff. This is a little house that I live in with very little cabinet space so it is nice to have one or two of these bottles hanging around instead of a whole bunch."

Her children have also switched to an organic lifestyle.

Her son Kevin suffers from multiple sclerosis, but using organic products has helped keep him healthy.

"I haven't had a cold or a running nose a fever any of that," said Smith.

I am counting at least three typo mistakes. How about you?

A news story or an advertisement?
The writer was smoking rosemary. If there were any proven substance that did improve brain power then, our government would outlaw it from the general population.
