Parents of toddler Jacob Kimbley indicted after CPS hearing

The parents of Jacob Kimbley parents David and Sabrina Kimbley have been indicted after the CPS hearing.

The parents headed to court today for a hearing to determine whether the five Kimbley children remain in CPS custody or return to the parents.

Parents of Jacob Kimbley, David and Sabrina Kimbley were each charged with 13 counts of child endangerment/abandonment.

They are currently in the Smith County Jail.

Bail is set at $1.3 million a piece.

The death of Jacob Kimbley raised many questions and speculation began, whether Jacob Kimbley's five siblings were safe at their Winona home.

In an recent interview, officials with CPS tell KETK, due to investigation and the condition of the home... the children were removed and placed in two separate foster homes.

CPS and Jacob Kimbley's parents headed to court to figure what's best for the children's well being.

Law Enforcement continues to investigate and find answers as to what happened at the Kimbley's home.

While CPS is caring for the Kimbley children, many people wonder if the pending autopsy results will determine the kids' custody situation.

The Kimbley children did not attend the hearing and the children have not seen their parents since the day they were removed from the home August 22.

This is an attack on whites living in poverty. Denied Affirmative Action, whites are left to support their families without the government jobs given to blacks simply on the merit of skin color. As the national economy falters and subsidies decrease, white families are pushed into extreme poverty. Look at our DA and ask yourself why the bond is set at a price they could never post. Why is being white and in poverty immediate imprisonment. This family needs a government job just like blacks get
