Kenneth Talley grew up living and breathing the game of basketball, and for the past three years, he's been coaching students in the same gym where he got started.

Talley runs 'Next Generation Basketball Services,' and holds workouts at Broughton Recreation Center.

Talley played basketball for Longview High School, but due to knee injuries, he never got the chance to compete at the next level.

So instead, he is passing on his knowledge to the next generation, training boys and girls of all ages on the fundamentals of the game.

He says he wants to leave an impact on their lives, just like his coaches growing up, left on impact on his.

"I love to do this because it's something that, a way that I can give back to the kids.  My playing career is over so it's just a way of me to give back to the kids," said Talley.

Talley will be holding his first ever basketball camp sometime in July.
