LONGVIEW - A peanut butter recall that started last week has now been narrowed down to certain peanut butter products.

For days, the F.D.A. was warning people not to eat any peanut butter product, but today they are backing off that statement.

All jars of peanut butter are safe to eat.

But several kinds of peanut butter cookies, ice cream, and crackers are not safe.
