Police chase suspect in Dallas

DALLAS— A high-speed chase began Friday in Dallas around 9 a.m.
The Grapevine Police Department says one of their officers pulled over the suspect for a "mental health issue." The suspect then attempted to run over the officer.
The chase headed north on Interstate 35-E, then looped around State Highway 114.
A police car ended the chase, ramming the side of the suspect's truck off the road near Highway 377. The suspect struggled against officers, but was on the ground and in handcuffs in seconds.
The suspect appeared to be injured and was flown to a Dallas hospital around 11 a.m.
