Our police need to have some (insiders) in these gangs (yes we have gangs) in Tyler.
They paint their symbols all over Tyler to remind us they are here. The tooth fairy does not spray paint drug gang symbols.
The deface utility boxies all over our neighborhood. Spray paint their signs all over the Rudman Trail/ etc.
We better get a handle on this before it gets much worse.
