I am so saddened to read the everyday news just dealing with drugs. Aren't people sick of drugs? There are so many drug and private rehab that can help you get over the addiction. I doubt that the guilty ones after they will serve time they will be really 'rehabilitated'. It's very hard without following a real treatment program. As a judge I'd send them to jail and rehab as well just to be sure they will come out clean.
