On May 11, 2010 at around 12:55 p.m., the Gregg County Organized Drug Enforcement (CODE) Unit, assisted by the
Longview Police Department Special Investigations and Apprehension (SIA) Unit, served a narcotics search warrant at a residence located at 200 Clark Street.

Entry was made into the location without incident and while searching, investigators located a quantity of PCP.
 

31-year-old Saberina Evette Howard was arrested and charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and an outstanding warrant for probation violations.

Howard was booked into the Gregg County Jail.
