Tyler—
Why do you think President Obama was awarded the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize?

Could it be that he is sincere in trying to find a solution to the world situation unlike the previous blundering of the president and especially the vice president. Oh by the way, I shouldn't have included the "VP" because he was always in an undisclosed location, hiding I presume.

6 months agoI suspect that it was a means of expressing the relief of the world community that it was finally rid of the incompetent, bumbling, George W. Bush with his absurd piety, woeful ignorance, and insufferable frat boy smirking.

5 months agoBecause someone who can screw up this country as bad as he has deserves something, makes more debt for our children, runs America INTO THE GROUND, and makes a health care program to decide who lives and dies, i have no clue why this "president" got it

5 months agoThe Nobel prizes are as politicized as the Oscars and money is exchanged in back rooms as it is everywhere else. I personally can think of nothing that Obama has accomplished to deserve anything but a booby prize

6 months agoI think possibly he was given the peace prize because when he got elected there was such a huge barrier broken down and the whole world was thrilled!!! There is so much promise going with him and so many hopes that I think the committe may have jumped the gun in anticipation of what they hope will come.
I think the American electrat should be the one's to get credit!!! I'm just sayin!
