Another Obamacare mess

Tyler (KETK) — While the president rides on Air Force One to the next fundraiser or vacation, you can bet his team will be working on a new problem from today.
CNBC reported in a potentially crippling blow to Obamacare, a federal appeals court panel declared Tuesday that government subsidies worth billions of dollars that helped 4.7 million people buy insurance on HealthCare.gov are illegal. This is a punch in the guy to Obamacare.
To make the plan work and to keep the prices artificially down, the president relies on this money to keep prices down.
CNBC stated the Obama administration said it will ask the full U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to reverse the panel's decision, which for now does not have the rule of law. Meanwhile, this is a mess for Obamacare.
This was all caused by sloppy language in the health care law which was passed by a Democrat-controlled Senate and House. Remember, we had to pass it so we could read it.
National Review said the president's old law professor says this could be bad for Obamacare.
President Obama's old Harvard Law professor, Laurence Tribe, said that he "wouldn't bet the family farm" on Obamacare surviving the legal challenges to an IRS rule about who is eligible for subsidies that are currently working their way through the federal courts.
"I don't have a crystal ball," Tribe told the Fiscal Times. "But I wouldn't bet the family farm on this coming out in a way that preserves Obamacare."
The administration is betting on today's gut-punch being overturned by a panel of judges who were appointed by Democrats, which is sad because it shows the federal courts are nothing but political.
Another court today stood up for the law. Tthat probably means back to the Supreme Court.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
