Tyler, TX — The rich keep getting richer.
Your federal government wetting their beak like an episode of the Sopranos.
The ATF wraps up the Fast and Furious investigation. And Eric Holder stonewalled the whole time.
While the investigation is going on William McMahon, then the deputy assistant director for field operations for the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, was placed on paid leave.
In case you want to know more, he supervised the Phoenix-run Fast and Furious program, which allowed weapons to be illegally sold so they could be tracked to Mexican drug cartels.
If you'll remember, thousands of U.S. firearms were lost on the Southwest border.
While this guy is on the hot seat and on paid leave, he was allowed to get a full-time gig somewhere else.
Where better than Wall Street? He know he gets his six-figure money from the federal government, as well as executive director of the Global Security and Investigations Group at J.P. Morgan investment bank in the Philippines.
The best of both worlds.
Congressman Darrel Isa of California says it looks like McMahon is being rewarded.
And some are perplexed why others see the federal government as out of control.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
