tyler — This from CNS news about Department of Justice chief Eric Holder stonewalling during the "Operation Fast and Furious" investigation.

If you'll remember Fast and Furious as a Department of Justice boondoggle operation.

It was to allow bad guys to buy guns at U.S. gun shops.

Those guns were to be traced across the border into Mexico, or at least to the U.S. Mexican border, and then
through those guns catch bad guys.

We've mentioned before the guns were lost.

But not before we know one of those gins were used to kill a U.S. border agent.

This week, Holder went before Congress and has been nothing short of smug and dismissive.

He's done nothing but stonewall.

Some Democrats on the panel are telling Holder don't answer the questions he is being asked.

Some Dems are saying this is getting political. Really?

This whole D.O.J. project was political from the start.

It's the worst kept secret in the country that the Department of Justice was using this Fast and Furious ruse as a way to go after law abiding gun owners.

This ill-fated scheme was to show Americans "look at all the guns going to the border and Mexico."

Then, U.S. citizens were supposed to freak out and start tightening up gun laws.

Well, their sneaky deal turned into a bitter harvest. And now some Dems are trying to give Holder cover.

What a messy ball of twine this is. And you can tell Eric Holder is doing nothing but trying to run out the clock until the election.
