This Rick Perry indictment has been the funniest thing I have seen for a while when it comes to politics. Do we call this the politics of desperation?

You get a democratic DA, drunker than Cooter Brown, trying to get back at Rick Perry. The DAs before in Travis County have done this: Enter Ronny Earle and Tom Delay. Delay eventually walked, but was hassled and that is what this is all about, but I digress.

CNS News is reporting Mark Halprin, who is quite the lib and a commentator on MSNBC, said this indictment was the most ridiculous thing he has seen in his career--- all this about Perry not wanting to give her money for the public integrity unit. Even he said he hoped the judge threw it our right away.

"It's not just kind of funny and ridiculous. But it's an infringement on individual liberty. He's got a first amendment right -- just because he's the governor of Texas. And I think, like I said, it's easy to joke about this, but this is a serious thing. It is ridiculous that he was indicted for this,"

Have you seen the video of the DA in the Travis Country jail. She was three times the amount of drunk your allowed to drive. Evidence shows every liquor store in Austin knows whom she is.

Those rubbing their hands together for a Perry mug shot will be disappointed. That  won't happen.

CNN let us know this afternoon that no arrest warrant was issued for TX Gov. Rick Perry. CNN confirmed with the Travis County, Texas District Court. Thus, he is not required to turn himself into police, and not required to have a mug shot taken or be fingerprinted.

Instead the judge issued a summons, which means the governor does not have to surrender to be fingerprinted and photographed before his criminal case can proceed.

By the way, they need to fix this so no other idiot DA in Austin -- be they Republican or Democrat -- can play a game with indictment gotcha. The power needs to be handed over to the AG office or another official voted into office by state voters, not just the People's Republic of Austin.

That's my point of view, what's yours?

Who is investigating the GJ deaf? They is not an answer

They are still investigating don. God knows how many Democrat operatives they packed on the GJ.

This is just what the NEWS has found so far.

deaf, I bet all of the other Grand Jurors are active Republicans too with just the one active Democrat.

Where is it written in any Texas law or Federal law that a Grand Juror , Criminal Juror or Civil Juror can not be a member of a political party deaf?

WOW deaf, is Rho Chalmers the only person on the Grand Jury ? Does Rho Chalmers have that much power over the other Grand Jurors?

More to the story:

Rho Chalmers, disclosed to the Houston Chronicle yesterday that she was a member of the grand jury that indicted Texas Gov. Rick Perry and was an active delegate to the Texas Democratic Party convention during grand jury proceedings.

It's all political folks. Democrat political vendetta.

But what goes around, comes around.

pete... did I say anything untruthful? Was it not correct?

So what's your problem?

Afraid of the truth?

NEWS FLASH, deaf... you've got to be the most boring loud-mouthed militant racist on the planet!

Nother news flash:

Perry Grand Juror was active democrat party delegate during proceedings.

It's all a sham folks. Democrat sham.

But warning.. what goes around, comes around.

Arrogant little dweeb...clown who thinks a pair of really clunky glasses are going to make him look smart... liar... manipulator... elitist jackass snob. Sure wish I could sit on that jury, hear the facts, and convict the pompadour man and send him to prison... and not a white collar country club facility!

Wrong again deaf,Soros? LOL

News flash: Texans for Public Justice, the ones pushing the Rick Perry case.. are FUNDED BY convicted felon George Soros.

Yes the Nazi collaborator who became a billionaire super liberal is the one behind the attack on Gov. Perry.

And now the Austin American-Statesman destroys Democrats’ narrative on the Perry indictment. Yes the liberal newspaper shows his Veto was lawful!

Ricky will be found GUILTY.
He's a lame duck Governor running for president & doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning.
He plans to turn his back on Texas & retire in S. Cali where he now spends much of his time.
He is INDICTED by a Grand Jury swore to uphold the law.
His $450/hr lawyer is paid from our tax dollars.
He's Guilty, so Fine & Imprison him.

July 21, 2014 The Texas Ethics Commission ordered Michael Quinn Sullivan, leader of the conservative advocacy group Empower Texans, to pay a $10,000 fine on Monday for failing to register as a lobbyist in 2010 and 2011.The order is the culmination of a two-year investigation by the Ethics Commission into Sullivan’s political activity, stemming from a 2012 complaint filed by Republican state Reps. Jim Keffer of Eastland and Vicki Truitt of Keller alleging that Sullivan acted as an unregistered lo

News FLASH: The 50 state economies, from worst to first
Business Insider 08-19-2014

Even Colorado and California have better economies than Texas. Aren't they ran by Democrats?

Thats right Don legalization of pot has given Colorado a $114 million boost in tax revenue and freed up their court system for more serious offenders. It also eliminated the Mexican mafias pot profits overnight. But since our government officials and police are on the pad here in Texas we probably won't see anything that intelligent happen here.

News FLASH:Judge upholds revocation of Tyler school's charter

Just goes to show you republican t-idiots that giving tax dollars to a private for profit company does nothing but screw us the tax payers.

If illegal immigrant lover criminal perry had an ounce of integrity he would follow Rosemary Lehmberg's lead.
Illegal immigrants only commit a misdemeanor by entering the US but perry is a felon and if convicted will not be able to own any guns or ammo. Maybe he does not need a legal team but should just pray for a crooked judge like he prayed for rain that never came.

AUSTIN, Texas, Aug 19 (Reuters) - Texas Governor Rick Perry plans to turn himself in to authorities for fingerprinting and a mug shot on Tuesday after he was indicted by a jury in the state last week on two felony charges of abusing power, local news reports said.
LOOKS LIKE YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT NEAL

He also asked to use the back door when subpoenaed to testify 3 months ago so he could avoid those pesky reporters. A fact KETK has censored by omission. Neal would never have remained silent about an Obama subpoena. Neal is an example of the obvious media bias he so often attributes to liberals. In other words he's a propagandist not a journalist.

News flash!!!! “He’s the greatest enemy to press freedom in a generation,” New York Times report James Risen told columnist Maureen Dowd.

Note he said ENEMY. Yes even the NYT now sees Obama is THE enemy!

And so are many Democrats who toe the line with him. No doubt Windy Davis is one of them.

So deaf, this is President Obama's fault and not rick criminal perry's?

greg abutt and rick criminal perry are the greatest enemy to GUN OWNERS IN TEXAS and why you can NOT legally carry a firearm into any Texas Park even with a CHL.

Wendy Davis 2014 for Texas gun owners rights to carry

Wow have you got your facts wrong on this one. The special prosecutor that obtained the indictment was, now get this, a republican appointed by a republican judge that was initially appointed by Gov.Bush after the original complaint heard by another republican judge and also initially appointed by Bush determined there was a need for a special prosecutor and judge to look further into the case. You will blame whomever you want to further your agenda but get your facts straight.

And to further clarify, Neal….the charges didn't come from the Travis County DA's office. They came from the Republican special prosecutor. You really are a piece of work. Your op ed piece will serve to spread misinformation about how this process works, but of course you really don't care about that. It's not about "point of view" it's about facts. Facts don't have 2 sides. Facts are facts. You distorted the facts. That's my point of view. You should correct your story. You're wrong.

Pay attention…The judge appointing the special prosecutor is a Republican appointed by Bush. The special prosecutor is also a Republican. So explain how this is the politics of desperation. Did your story report that the judge and special prosecutor are Republicans? Probably not, since that would work against your narrative (look it up). Perry screwed up. If he's innocent, then the jury will find him so. Grand juries don't act frivolously. Your bias is showing again.

News Flash! "Texans for Public Justice" turns out to be funded by Soros! Yes that's convicted felon George Soros who is also an admitted Nazi collaborator and is a super rich liberal who funds Democrat projects.

They didn't care about District Attorney Rosemary Lehmberg's (democrat) DUI arrest but they sure care about Perry's Veto.

Come to think of it, Obama has threaten to Veto lots of legislation if he didn't have his way to.

Rosemary Lehmberg's (democrat) AN ELECTED OFFICIAL PLED GUILTY AND SERVED HER TIME IN JAIL FOR HER CRIME deaf and that has nothing to do with what t-idiot rick illegal immigrant lover perry did. He does not have any authority to use tax payer money as his personal 1st amendment speech or for his political agenda as he is now with the National Guard. He should be convicted of that too.
