Let's do this differently

Tyler (KETK) — This Rick Perry indictment has been the funniest thing I have seen for a while when it comes to politics. Do we call this the politics of desperation?
You get a democratic DA, drunker than Cooter Brown, trying to get back at Rick Perry. The DAs before in Travis County have done this: Enter Ronny Earle and Tom Delay. Delay eventually walked, but was hassled and that is what this is all about, but I digress.
CNS News is reporting Mark Halprin, who is quite the lib and a commentator on MSNBC, said this indictment was the most ridiculous thing he has seen in his career--- all this about Perry not wanting to give her money for the public integrity unit. Even he said he hoped the judge threw it our right away.
"It's not just kind of funny and ridiculous. But it's an infringement on individual liberty. He's got a first amendment right -- just because he's the governor of Texas. And I think, like I said, it's easy to joke about this, but this is a serious thing. It is ridiculous that he was indicted for this,"
Have you seen the video of the DA in the Travis Country jail. She was three times the amount of drunk your allowed to drive. Evidence shows every liquor store in Austin knows whom she is.
Those rubbing their hands together for a Perry mug shot will be disappointed. That won't happen.
CNN let us know this afternoon that no arrest warrant was issued for TX Gov. Rick Perry. CNN confirmed with the Travis County, Texas District Court. Thus, he is not required to turn himself into police, and not required to have a mug shot taken or be fingerprinted.
Instead the judge issued a summons, which means the governor does not have to surrender to be fingerprinted and photographed before his criminal case can proceed.
By the way, they need to fix this so no other idiot DA in Austin -- be they Republican or Democrat -- can play a game with indictment gotcha. The power needs to be handed over to the AG office or another official voted into office by state voters, not just the People's Republic of Austin.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
