Lois Lerner is not having a good day.
Townhall.com reports judicial swatch, through a freedom of information request,
Former head of tax exempt groups at the IRS Lois Lerner was in contact with the Department of Justice in May 2013 about whether tax exempt groups could be criminally prosecuted for "lying" about political activity.
The reporter, Katie Pavlich, reports she wanted to have a meeting with the Department of Justice to have a meeting to go after conservative groups.
She said this in an e-mail exchange, "Can't confirm that there was anyone on the other side of the political spectrum," who had been targeted by the IRS. She then adds that, "The one with the names used were only know because they have been very loud in the press."
In other words, only conservative groups were being looked at for criminal prosecution.
The story is a bit complex, but, go to townhall.com and read it.
The facts continue to ooze out that the DOJ and the IRS appear to be hammers for the administration.
Nix only ordered a break-in.
When he asked the DOJ to go after his enemies, the DOJ told him to drop dead.
That will never happen with this administration.
That's my point of view what's yours?
