CNS News is reporting this and why we are not hearing more about the Internal Revenue Service which is out of control:

The question of whether to legalize illegal aliens and put them on a pathway to citizenship may be the most controversial legislative issue facing the U.S. Congress this year.

But, according to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), seventeen years have already passed since the Internal Revenue Service made its own "policy decision" to "'legalize' illegal aliens."

That policy, made those many years ago, not only determined that the IRS would treat illegal aliens the same as legal immigrants and U.S. citizens, but also that the IRS would not hand over to federal immigration authorities information about employers who appeared to be hiring large numbers of illegal aliens and about illegal aliens who filed false documents with the IRS.

Who is in control?

This is what drives me crazy about “Obamacare” and any other large scale plan Washington tries to implement.

The lawmakers pass some large, Jello-like legislation into law, then, faceless, unelected bureaucrats run everything and do what they want.

Case and point, the IRS targeting tea parties and spending like there is no tomorrow, because for them, your money is what they love.

This is going on and the national media is down in Florida covering a murder trial.

That's my point of view, what's yours?

George Kaiser, the man behind Obamacare and the Kaiser foundation , and Jeffery Immelt , CEO of GE, pay no taxes. Just like the US treasury dept and the Federal Reserve, they are all Jews.

The IRS and the senate immigration bill both ignore some pertinent facts. There are a whole lot of felonies that have to be committed for an illegal to get a pay check. Making a fake id is a felony. Using a fake id in Texas is a felony. Tax fraud is a felony. Reentering the US after being deported is a felony.

The IRS and senate seem to be ignoring a whole lot of felonies. Let's be fair. Grant amnesty to aliens and pardon each US citizen for one felony or misdemeanor. That's equal justice.

That's a high price to pay just to have your felony DWI conviction expunged.

Sheila I'm simply pointing out the obvious. Congress talks about equal rights while they selectively enforce laws. The state throws teenagers in jail and convicts them for possession of a joint. Meanwhile they propose to wipe the slate clean for 12 million other criminals. Pot possession is a misdemeanor, so is illegally entering the US. Doesn't that seem a little hypocritical to you? What's the motivation for this compassionate stance on one crime as opposed to the other?

Cheap labor, they already create votes like they do money, electronically.

'RS would treat illegal aliens the same as legal immigrants and U.S. citizens, but also that the IRS would not hand over to federal immigration authorities information about employers who appeared to be hiring large numbers of illegal aliens and about illegal aliens who filed false documents with the IRS."

If that is so.. why can't illegals be charged with tax evasion or fraud? Most don't file returns.
