tyler, tx — For about a week, our embassies across the Middle East have taken a pelting.
You're hearing the same story over and over again from the main stream media about radical Muslims who are enraged about a high-school production grade 13 minute video about Muslims.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The president of Libya says we were given a three day heads up there would be trouble at our embassies. We ignored it.
For a spontaneous rabble-rousing, folks don't happen to just be holding heavy WEAPONS.
We thought our academic theoretician foreign policy was somehow going to make us stronger in the world, especially the Middle East.
Now we have the president's spokesperson, Ambassador Rice, making her way on all the Sunday talk shows telling us don't believe your lying eyes.
Now, they are claiming president Obama got up in the the Egyptian leaders mush and told him to knock it off. They said it helped.
I say we were attacked all weekend long and it didn't do any good at all.
Instead of the mainstream media reporting about our economy on the verge of collapse, and what a mess it is in the Middle East, they've gone from blaming George Bush to blaming Mitt Romney.
Now, they claim Romney should not have an opinion on what's going on and liberal commentator Chris Matthews actually said on TV, "how dare anyone even run against the president in these trying days."
What a mess we have. What a mess we caused. We need leadership.
That's my point of view, what's yours?
