tyler — Monday, The Obama administration's Department of Justice struck down the Texas challenge for voter ID.

In other words, you don't have to show ID to get in the booth and pull the lever.

I still have a hard time figuring this out.

You have to show an ID to cash a check, ride on an airplane, in the old days rent a movie and on and on.

But, someone thinks it's a good idea to not know who is stepping up to the voting machine and pulling the lever?

Shouldn't we know who is voting for the people who from federal to local will be passing out our money in the shape and form of programs?

"Empower Texans" states this : But apparently electoral integrity is something Barak Obama and his "justice" department seek to avoid when his name will be on the ballot. They want to maximize the ability of unscrupulous politicos to steal elections.

The Obama Administration's Justice Department is claiming that the law would harm Hispanic voters. That's ridiculous. Why does the Obama Administration assume Hispanic citizens don't have, or are unable to get, photo IDs? Doesn't pass the smell test, Mr. President. It's either racist or elitist, or both.

Remember, polls have consistently shown Hispanic voters approve of voter ID. They are as concerned about electoral trickery as everyone else.

University of Texas polls have found that between 64% and 70% of Hispanic and Latino Texans support voter ID laws.

So, what's the problem?

We deserve an answer.

Do we really want to still be in the days of politicians winning races by voters that voted in alphabetical order with the same hand writing?
