William Shakespeare famously asked, 'What's in a name?'

Well for the people in Alto the name Cooper represents one of the strongest little boys they have gotten to know.

"You would never know he was sick, you would never know he was a sick little boy just looking at him and so, he's a joy to be around he always has a smile on his face" said Cooper's aunt Misty Duplichain.

So while cooper and his family wait for a heart transplant in Houston, the people in Alto are keeping his story alive, with signs scattered throughout the area, raising awareness, as well as money

"More people are giving money, if the sign is five dollars they are giving 20 you know or people are just writing checks" said Cooper's cousin Amanda Low.

This entire project was spearheaded by Amanda Collie, who received support from the people of Alto when her daughter Hannah needed a heart transplant.

"There are prayers going up every time someone passes one and sees 'pray for cooper'" said Collie.

Now, the signs don't have a new meaning, but rather, more meaning. t
